Registration Desk Hours
The registration desk will be open at the following times.
- Thursday, October 22, 1998: 3:00PM - 7:30PM
- Friday, October 23, 1998: 7:30AM - 5:00PM
- Saturday, October 24, 1998: 7:30AM - 5:00PM
Conference Session Prices
You can register for the conference sessions on-line beginning July 1, 1998
until the day of the show and at the registration counter. The prices are as follows, all prices include 7%
sales tax.
- $75/day ($50/day for students/seniors).
Admission to the show floor attractions and BOFs is free! However, you do need to register and pickup a badge.
Registration Policy
- Payment:
We will accept a credit card or cash on the days of the show at the registration counter. Personal checks are not accepted.
- Refunds/Cancelation:
Please email registration@ale.org if
you need to cancel your registration. Full refunds will be given up to September 30, 1998.
A $15.00 penalty will be charged for any cancelations after October 1, 1998.
- Registration Confirmation:
Please bring your registration confirmation to the show (or print the registration invoice from your browser).
- Shirts:
1998 Atlanta Linux Showcase tshirts can be purchased at the show store.
Each tshirt costs $15.00 and comes in sizes L, XL, and XXL. All shirts must be picked at the show.
- Fundraiser Dinner:
Dinner tickets can be purchased from the registration counter at the show.
The cost is $35.00 for the evening, which features a special guest speaker with a fine dinner.
